Flooding is possible - be prepared
Property flooding is not currently expected. River levels on the River Windrush remain high but steady. The risk of flooding to low-lying land and roads nearest the watercourse continues. Levels are particularly high at Newbridge. Elsewhere the river is back within banks. River levels are expected to remain high over the coming days and will be sensitive to further rainfall. Please remain aware of your local surroundings and stay safe by avoiding contact with flood water. The forecast is for dry weather with some scattered showers until Wednesday. Please refer to the 'River and Sea levels in England' webpage for current river levels and remain safe and aware of your local surroundings. This message will be updated tomorrow, 31/03/20, or if the situation changes.
