Flooding is expected - immediate action required
River levels remain high at the Bletchley river gauge as a result of persistent rainfall throughout the day on Thursday 14th January. Consequently, flooding of property remains possible today, Friday, 15/01/2021. We expect flooding to affect Millholm Rise and Simpson Road in Simpson, Walton Hall, Mill Lane in Woolstone, Woodall Close, Powell Haven, Bereville Court and Savage Croft in Middleton and Milton Road in Willen. No rainfall is forecast tonight, however further rainfall is forecast for tomorrow, Saturday 16/01/2021. This may result in river levels remaining high or rising again over the weekend. We are closely monitoring the situation. This message will be updated in the morning, Saturday 16th January, or as the situation changes.
