Flooding is affecting properties and roads in and around Hereford and Ross on Wye. Predicted peaks:- Mordiford 5.2m to 5.3m Friday morning, 15/11. Ross on Wye 4.4m to 4.7m Friday afternoon, 15/11. Further rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours. We expect river levels to remain high over the next few days. We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are checking defences. Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded.
