Coronavirus (COVID-19): how we're protecting our flood warning service

for Flood warning in force now River Teme at Bransford

Flooding is expected - immediate action required

River levels are rising at the Bransford river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of property, roads and farmland continues today, 21/01/21. We expect flooding to affect properties and roads in the Bransford area including the A4103. No further rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours. We expect river levels to remain high until the weekend. We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are liaising with emergency services and checking defences. Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and avoid contact with flood water. This message will be updated by 9am on Friday, 22/01/21, or as the situation changes.
